All went very well, staff was very friendly and helpful. Details to note, the desk is at the domestic terminal so if you are travelling from abroad you'll need to walk to the other terminal (short 5 mins walk). Make sure your drop off is from 8:30am onwards as the office desk only opens at that time

It was not easy to find the desk, arrived in the international terminal and had to go to the domestic terminal. However there was no one there at the desk. It said to call a Turkish number for which I didn’t have the ability to do. Fortunately another passenger was able to call to be informe
Very positive experience from Pandora car hire. Car was very competitively priced and economical.
They didn’t have the 5 series so gave us an X1 instead. Worked out ok as we didn’t have that much luggage but could have been a problem
