La voiture proposé était pas la voiture de départ, mais le modèle était mieux, pour nous tout était ok
We were advised on arrival that we could not have the car we thought we were to travel with, and had to take a more expensive car instead. While we got by ok with the updated vehicle, we thought we would be receiving an update via email at least ahead of our arrival. Otherwise the car was 91000km ol
Great experience. We arrived on a Sunday but were delayed due to issue with ferries so arrived after office was closed. Staff did everything to help by registering digitally and left car with keys so we could collect it after hours. Great service!
It’s a shared office used by AddCar, YoursCar, IdeaCar, and one more company. Just be aware that they inspect the car with a torch/flashlight. ;) Check what is included in your voucher, because they may add an airport charge.
