It was supposed to be a Chevy Equinox or similar and they gave me a gigantic Jeep Grand Cherokee. I didn’t realize at the counter and I didn’t have time to go back and complain. It was definitely bigger and the controls were the most unintuitive I have ever seen in my life. Really did not like
I ended up with a KIA instead of the Pacifica. I would rather have have the Pacifica, it’s a much more comfortable vehicle. Service and staff were great.

Price was great booking through VIP Cars. I was looking at all the site and the price here was $300 less than anywhere else for the 10 rental i needed.
The Cadillac upgrade was nice. Only thing I didn't like was the gear shifter. It was funky. I've never driven a car with a shifter like that. It took a couple days to get the hang of it. The trunk was kind of small, but with just 2 of us leaving the airport, we could have put a back seat down i
