Friendly efficient service. Holding deposit returned promptly. Clean modern vehicle supplied. Inwas mistakenly overcharged slightly and the issue was resolved satisfactorily and without any hassle. I will use this service on my next trip to Nairobi.
Unicorn rental was very helpful preparing all the paperwork needed for cross-border travel in Africa. The car was in good condition, just that the GPS-enabling network (sold as an upgrade) did not work for the most part. Staff was super-friendly, especially James.
