It was supposed to be a Chevy Equinox or similar and they gave me a gigantic Jeep Grand Cherokee. I didn’t realize at the counter and I didn’t have time to go back and complain. It was definitely bigger and the controls were the most unintuitive I have ever seen in my life. Really did not like

I ended up with a KIA instead of the Pacifica. I would rather have have the Pacifica, it’s a much more comfortable vehicle. Service and staff were great.
