The VIPCars reservation transfer into the Dollar computer system didn’t work right. The counter person said it had happened before when the reservation was prepaid. I had to wait until they created a new reservation. They were helpful and explained the problem. It all worked out, but with a signif
Only remark I can make is that the car interior was dirty. Front and back seats had cigarette burns and were stained and dirty.
The only thing that wasn’t great is that I needed to change my pickup time because my flight was delayed but there was no one to talk to directly to confirm that change. VIP sent me to Dollar and Dollar didn’t pick up the phone. So that was nerve wracking.
Delay wiper function did not work and drivers seat smelled of urine.
