Overall a Good experience, hertz was slammed due to flight being diverted to PDX. The front desk was helpful
I did have some travel date changes, and the phone staff at VIPCARS did not give me the info I needed until the very last moment on the second rather laborious call. So then I had to call Hertz. I finally accomplished what I needed , but needed a total of 6 phone calls, including phone trees and hol
