All around good car & service
It all went good. Couldnt get clear information about the toll. Dollar try to get us to buy a 13.00 dollar daily pass for the length of our rental. Glad we didnt as we didnt need toll except a couple of times. So be aware of the toll charge
The Dollar desk was closed as was the office in the pickup area. I finally ask and was told to go to the Hertz office and all went very well.
I booked and paid for car with debit card. When I picked up the vehicle I had to put an additional $500.00 security deposit plus a credit check. I have rented numerous times before and never had to do that. Still waiting for the security deposit to be refunded back into my account. Easy pick up
Very easy to get the car and drop it off.
We were directed to go to Hertz due to computer outage at the company I rented the car from. So all responses are for Hertz not Dollar or VIP
