We did have a problem where we got a flat tire (not their fault) and had to have the car towed, and the experience of using their customer support was good. Still haven't found out the bill yet (did not adopt to choose the coverage), so we'll see what happens once that gets here.
Did not have the car I had requested. Had to up grade at a moderate cost adjustment. I was not pleased with the "bait and switch"
