The rental times were incorrect, and I had a hard time contacting customer service to let them know. I finally was able to provide information. It worked out but could never reach anyone with the phone number that was provided.

Routes is great! We use the location in Chicago 2 times a year. We used the location in Denver this year. Got a car in about 10 mins from walking in to driving out. Shuttle is great. Jeep was new with only 12,000 miles. Great deal on the price. Make sure to have all your paperwork before hand and it
It took only a minute to get to the rental counter this time. Last time I had to wait in liine over 1 hour. The guy was very friendly & helped get me on my way quickly. Jeep was in good shape & would rent from them again.

Staff could’ve been friendlier when picking up the car, but overall wasn’t rude either. Marcos A when dropping off was friendly and superb. Car had a handful of dings but was careful to document it all and had no issues when dropping off.
