Keddy by Europcar were great! VIP Cars were dreadful. I asked fro help with two questions on two different days and no-one at VIP Cars had a clue. They were hard questions and VIP Cars didn't even have a phone number of the Europcar office so I could ask the, Next time I'll go direct to Europcar. VI
