Our experience was very good. Staff were very good, welcoming and supportive. Drop-off was very smooth. I even asked one hour extra. They did charge anything. I recomend this car rental company.
The experience was good but the car wasn't that great. We opted for hi ace and an old nisaan which was driven for more than 2,00,0000. Also the car broke down at one of the resorts which delayed our stay in Colombo and we had to go through a lot of pain for repair.
