Vitor was very professional despite issues that I personally had with authenticating my card for the security deposit etc. My overall experience was fantastic, however, i do think the signage for returning the car should be improved as locating it was a frustrating situation, being in an environment
It was amazing. Enterprise team explained everything perfectly. Terms and conditions were also explained upfront. Key had a diagram of what type damage is allowed and what are not. So in nutshell it was a wonderful experience and I am happy to choose vipcars and enterprise. Thanks
