Fantastic as it was last year. Only slight grumble was we had a bit of a wait at Larnaca airport and we phoned the office.Mini bus came but all of the people waiting couldn't get in.But driver did shuffle and transported the drivers - so they could get signed up - and then went back to pick up other
Really good experience, the staff were lovely and helpful. The only drawback was whilst I had booked airport pickup it turned out their office was about 10 mins from airport. They picked us up from the airport and brought us back ok, just was expecting a desk at the airport.
Great experience overall with service provided. I had also requested for a particular car to which VIPcars helped to ensure we had that car for our holiday. Emailing back and fourth was very easy and had relatively quick responses also. Would definitely recommend and will be using them once I return
