We found everything straightforward and fairly easy, apart from the drop off at Dubrovnik airport was a little tricky as the signs weren’t very apparent. Also, even after being home for 5 days, we still haven’t any acknowledgment that we actually dropped the car off or what the exact bill is. Bi
Staff was very professional and friendly. Value for money was excellent. Only remark I have is that I didn't get Škoda Kamiq but Hyundai i30 estate which is still decent car and was in excellent condition. I would also like to mention that in app it was stated: "Škoda Kamiq or similar SUV".
Great service, super friendly, but the vehicle was a Panda. Awesome little car. Over all a great experience as I am there twice a year for a month at a time.
