All good but the car had a few issues. 1) Wiper blades were really worn and made a terrible noise. Unfortunately, it rained a lot during the rental period so this was really noticeable! 2) Key had a low battery (alert kept coming up) 3) Rear numberplate holder kept rattling.
Everything from EuropCar was perfect ! Howevery, the email sent by VIP Card came to my junk mail folder, which caused the issue to get the confirmation information to pick up my car from the service provider. I hope this won't happen next time again !
Annoyed that i was advised that the comprehensive insurance i had purchased from the contract agreement on line was not valid and I had to cancel and purchase theirs. This made me dissapointed and I knew I would not get my money back . A waste of $us 200...made me think twice about using them again.
great service, would suggest different model of car so you provide with standard indicates / washer set up other than European cars with reverse everything.
Everything fleet were awesome. Highly recommend
Car was in good condition. Appreciate if there were carpets in the vehicle. Overall experience was great.
